Summary
Negligence of Duty!: Hwiun of the Celestial Realm, though an immortal, committed the sin of being too lustful. Uryeong of Hell, though a goblin, committed the sin of being too kind. As punishment, they are cast down to the human realm and given the task of performing duties befitting their original roles.
