A little underwhelming. You could’ve had a decent romance plot hook if you’d let them actually hit it off in the club after she told him about the real her but instead they just immediately skip on the club to go to the hotel. Like imagine if they’d give us a couple panels of them actually laughing and enjoying each other’s company over drinks and then her inviting him to the dance floor and start grinding on him to initiate the flirting. It’d actually give him a reason to be annoyed about the sudden switch up, since she would have been the one leading him on instead of him basically forcing himself on her both times. As it stands the guy just comes off r*pey instead of what I figure they want to do, which is have the two fall for each other after they get to know each other’s real selves. And it’s a missed opportunity to explore Japanese night life and how it lets office workers cut loose away from the rigid lives they’re living otherwise, it could have actually been kind of interesting but instead it’s usual trope of taking advantage of another side of a woman that she doesn’t like others to see. I want some substance with my long form porn comics, damnit!
