That has to be the case. Because bro gave up the other way too easily. Because in the beginning it seemed like he like he as well. But genuinely curious isn't mcs goal to end up with all the girls or just some of them. Kinda forgot the whole story.

Nah he is trying to just "survive" right now. And by having sex with other girls he increases his "presence" which keeps him "alive." Apparently other characters also can "die" if they don't get enough scenes.
