If he knows so many ways to get skills, shouldn't he at least tell everybody how to get the skills? Humanity could all use more skills overall. It's not like these skills can only be unique. And it's up to the people to actually be able to get them after knowing. Even if there's a first-time bonus, tell people after you've unlocked them.

Nvm. He did tell others in the next chapter. Still, a bit unrealistic that others wouldn't try, especially on easier levels.
