They keep confusing with age and the confusion with age on the young boys part and this main character's part and then her saying she had her daughter around his age and he's like in his early twenties so that makes no fucking sense. Mathematically cuz let's say she was 39 at the beginning of the story as they had it and he is like what 21,22 so at her current age and his current age realistically her daughter would be currently 17. If she had the kid at, let's say 22. The kid would not even be the same age as him. He would still be older than her daughter
